- Essential: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, Post Graduate Diploma in Book Publishing/Mass Communication/Journalism with editing as a subject, 5 years of experience in relevant fields, and proficiency in English/Hindi/Urdu.
- Desirable: Word processing and online editing techniques.
- Age Limit: 50 years
- Remuneration: ₹80,000 per month (Consolidated)

- Age Limit: 45 years
- Remuneration: ₹50,000 per month (Consolidated)
